My name is Darrin J. Krally and I am VERY proud to represent YOU as Township Supervisor for District #3. I live at 1997 Mohican Court in the Estates of Shawnee Ridge. My wife and children have certainly enjoyed living in Rural Ridge for the last seven years. I am most proud to be a small part of one of the most flourishing municipalities in the county. We are fortunate. We have a management group that consists of highly dedicated, educated, seasoned professionals on our Board of Supervisors.

Thanks to Kevin M. Brozek, I entered into Indiana Township public life. I expressed an interest and he appointed me to represent Rural Ridge via the Parks and Recreation Board. It was on this board that I learned how very important this board is to all residents. This is this board that keeps up with both the maintenance and beautification of our 5 prosperous parks. Many people from the entire county have commented on just how beautiful our parks remain. I am proud to have served on this board and want to thank the existing board for a job well done!!

Moving on, a vacancy on the Township Planning Commission became available. The Rural Ridge representative was relocating to be with family. After trying to find a suitable replacement through the normal channels, Dan Anderson recruited me directly and I readily accepted the role. It was on this board that I learned the very specific details of how development proposals are either approved and/or disapproved, and ultimately are recommended for passage to the Board of Supervisors. What an eye opening experience!! I learned that both developers and builders from all over the state are interested in coming to Indiana Township. Our Planning Commission puts all developers through a rigorous approval process. This process is greatly needed to keep our township at the forefront.

Lastly, Charles Federoff resigned from the Board of Supervisors in October 2006. A suitable replacement was needed ASAP. Sadly, not one person stepped forward to represent our district. Due to my time served on the planning commission, I was asked to interview with the Board of Supervisors. Shortly after this meeting, I was appointed to the Board of Supervisors. What a great privilege and honor it was when I was sworn in to represent the Rural Ridge District. I have worked very hard over the last year and have accomplished a great deal in a short amount of time! Adelphoi Village is now a very good business partner in our district and is greatly aiding our effort to create a full fledged community center at our site. I am most proud that Indiana Township remains a leading municipality in the county. I am sincerely interested in continuing my work along side my fellow Board members. I wish to continue with the excellent success we have achieved over the last 12 years.
